Health and wellness is the same for people with or without disabilities or activity limitations. Molina Healthcare's Bridge2Access Program will help improve access to health care services for all members. Here are a few things we offer our members:

Physical Access
- Online and written directory with access indicators
- Member services support to find an accessible provider
To find an accessible Molina Healthcare provider near you, visit Find a Provider, look for the universal access symbol and search based on your access needs or call Member Services. -
Communication Access
- Sign language and foreign language interpreters at no cost.
- Materials in alternate formats (Large Print, Braille and Audio, and more)
To request an interpreter for your doctor’s appointment, call Member Services 3-5 days before your appointment.

Coordinated Care Team
- Access to a care manager and team who can help you coordinate and get the most from your health benefits.
- Help you transition from hospital or other facility to home
- Coordinate services with other agencies, like IHSS, CBAS, MSSP, Long Term Care and more!

We encourage you to call or visit the websites of our community partners listed below. If there is a resource that you need that is not listed, dial “211” from your cell phone or home phone. Your call will be routed to a referral specialist in your area. 211 is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week and can help you find much needed information or health and human services.
